Delivery Times:

  • Within Kosovo: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Albania and North Macedonia: 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Fees:

  • For all shipments to Albania and North Macedonia, a flat rate of 5 EUR applies.
  • Orders within Kosovo are free of charge.

However, we have good news for our valued customers! Orders over 100 EUR qualify for free delivery to these destinations.

If your product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, after our expert technicians inspect the device! Additionally, we will cover shipping costs if you need to return the device to us for repair.

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, or transport.
  • Devices repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • Devices not used according to Hyperice care instructions.
  • Damage exceeding the value of the product.
  • Product deterioration resulting from improper storage by the customer.
  • Products opened or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative.
  • Missing purchase receipt and device serial number.
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
