Hypervolt 3

Hypervolt is used for sports recovery, relieving muscle pain, reducing tension, and improving overall well-being. It is ideal for athletes, active individuals, and anyone looking to improve muscle health and relaxation.

To connect your Hypervolt via Bluetooth®, ensure the device is powered on. Open the Hyperice App and follow the prompts to find and select your device. The app will guide you through the pairing process, allowing you to control your Hypervolt and use custom routines.

To charge the Hypervolt, connect the included charger to the device port and then plug it into an electrical outlet. The charging process is indicated by the lights on the device, and it is recommended to charge it until all lights turn on, which indicates a full charge.

The light ring on the Hypervolt indicates the battery level and the device's operating status. When the ring is green, the device has an optimal charge. As the battery drains, the color shifts from yellow to red. When fully charged, the ring glows with a steady green light.

For effective use, start with a low intensity level and move the device slowly over muscle groups. Avoid excessive pressure and focus on tense or sore areas. Use different heads for different parts of the body and make gentle, continuous movements. Avoid areas with bones and joints.

Yes, a massage gun like Hypervolt is effective both for pre-workout warm-up and post-workout recovery. It helps in loosening muscles, improving blood circulation, and increasing flexibility before exercises, as well as reducing muscle soreness to accelerate recovery after sports activity.
