Use & Care

To Use: To enhance the slip-resistant qualities of the fabric, spray with water to dampen before use. To Wash: Machine wash cold with like colors. Deeper colors may require multiple, separate washings to remove excess dye. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or detergents with fabric softener, as they will make the surface of eQua slick. Because some dye loss may continue beyond the initial separate washings, use caution when practicing on light colored mats or in light colored clothing.

We are thrilled to offer shipping services to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. All goods will be shipped directly from our location in Kosovo to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes: Within Kosovo: 1 to 2 business days. Albania and North Macedonia 2 to 4 business days

Shipping Fees: For all shipments to Albania, and North Macedonia, a flat shipping fee of 5 EUR applies. Orders in Kosovo will be excluded from any fee

RETURNS
Contact our customer service team within 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

All Hyperice devices come with a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your Hyperice product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after our expert technicians inspect the device! We will also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.

This warranty excludes:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
Units subjected to unauthorized repair
Units not used in accordance with Hyperice care instructions
Damage exceeding the cost of the product
Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
Products taken apart or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and serial number on your device
