The foam roller is now available in an even more convenient MICRO format. You can always take our smallest recovery tool with you – it fits into any bag. The MICRO is especially well suited to massage the palms of your hands, the wrist, the back of your hand and your fingers. To do so, place the MICRO on a hard surface such as a desk and move your hand and fingers over it in a rolling motion.

If you place the roll into the palm of your hand, you can also roll it over your forehead and jaw with light pressure to relieve tension

SHIPPING
We are thrilled to offer shipping services to Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. All goods will be shipped directly from our location in Kosovo to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process.

Processing and Delivery: Upon receiving a purchase order, we prioritize the swift processing of your order. Our team works diligently to prepare shipments as quickly as possible. Depending on when the purchase order is received, orders will be processed and made ready for shipment promptly.

Delivery Timeframes: Within Kosovo: 1 to 2 business days. Albania and North Macedonia 2 to 4 business days

Shipping Fees: For all shipments to Albania, and North Macedonia, a flat shipping fee of 5 EUR applies. Orders in Kosovo will be excluded from any fee

*However, we have good news for our valued customers! Orders exceeding 100 EUR qualify for free shipping to these destinations.

RETURNS
Contact our customer service team within 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

All Hyperice devices come with a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your Hyperice product fails within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after our expert technicians inspect the device! We will also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.

This warranty excludes:

Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
Units subjected to unauthorized repair
Units not used in accordance with Hyperice care instructions
Damage exceeding the cost of the product
Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
Products taken apart or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service representative
Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase, and serial number on your device
Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
